The ears are cleaned with soothing natural PAW (Pure Animal Wellbeing) ear cleaner which disolves ear wax and debris, the hair is removed from the ear canal to help prevent infections & odors and promote better hearing, the hair around the ear flap & canal is trimmed to create adequate ventilation.
